We want you to travel with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused luggage and cabin bags. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Place the unused item back in its original box, ensuring all protective materials and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
